Who we are

Working as appraisers, and with appraisers around Southern California, we noticed a common theme regarding appraising new construction...verifiable data. At appraisal conferences and Appraisal Institute seminars around the country, this prevailing theme has stumped the independent appraiser.

We set out to solve this problem for our own network of appraisers, and in doing so, developed an appraisal package that is universally appreciated in the appraisal community and new construction sales offices across Southern California. Our database technologies develop and maintain verified pools of data that create unique NCAP packages for developments across Southern California.
